Small Group Training

2–8 athletes per session

Most athletes train 2–3x per week for the best results.

Monthly Membership Options (Recommended):

2x per week: $400/month

3x per week: $550/month

Drop-In Pricing:

$40–$60 per session (1 hour)

Open Gym Access

Middle & High School Athletes:

10-session punch card: $50 ($5 per visit)

Adults:

10-session punch card: $100 ($10 per visit)

Monthly Membership: $50 youth, $60 adult

Private Training
